Tire Choice Auto Service Centers

Five stars! We had an amazing experience at Tire Choice. Richard and Vince were both incredibly professional, courteous, and helpful from start to finish. They had the tires we needed in stock, quoted us about three hours, and had everything finished in only two hours. The quality of the work was fantastic, and their prices and available deals made the experience even better. We truly appreciate the excellent service and will absolutely return. I highly recommend this location—thank you again, Richard and Vince!

Went to the service center because of a flat tire, was very specific about it, was told it will take 20 minutes, I left the place and came back 45 minutes later to pick my car and found the hood open. When inquired about it the only explanation was “a routine inspection” I never authorized a routine inspection and told specifically to fix my flat tire, not to open the hood “just fo a check” . Why is a simple command so hard to follow. My car didn’t had any check light on but the tires one. Must say my car 45 minutes after was not ready for the flat tire, and magically a second screw appeared on my rear tire in a zone “ non fixable”. Looking for new tire sale ??? At this point with my car not being ready decided to request my car back. Received my car with all the windows down and the leather seats dirty. Not planning to come back ever with that crew there. Worst experience ever with you.

The associate at the front desk was very nice. It took too long to do an oil change over an hour . Nobody had advised me that they would take my wheels off to inspect my brakes and roters. It is nice to do that but they should have asked me I had to be somewhere else.

I called a few places in the area and nobody would give me the Time of day, my last call I made was to tire choice at 4:30 PM on Memorial Day. Explain to Gerald Banhan that I have a nail in my tire and wanted an oil change he said they close at 5 PM. Bring the car in right now and I’ll take care of it. Not only did he take care of everything, he stayed open a little bit later for me was so kind on the phone and I was very stressed out. When I arrived, he greeted me right away and told me he’s gonna take care of everything. He had a great personality and he was very easy to work with. I would give him 10 stars and my car was done in less than 45 minutes. Thank you so much.

I brought my car in to have an oil changed and was able to get a free tire rotation which was nice. I mentioned I was having starter issues and wondered if it was the alternator or battery. They then ran a test and said it was not the alternator but it was the battery. My car was fixed and returned to me. Early next week about three days later I noticed my car was struggling to start. I drove the car in and asked the person at the front desk if they could look up the diagnostic history of the car or who in terms of the mechanic did the work on the vehicle and for them to call me the next day. I wondered since they ran the test on the alternator and said it was not the alternator but was the battery perhaps that could be the problem. I did not receive a phone call today and so I called them at 6 PM to follow up. The gentleman at the front desk was nice but said that there’s no way that they can check those records and I’d have to bring the vehicle in again. I feel that somebody would’ve seen the vehicle three days ago and might recall the vehicle and would save me the trip and maybe offer me some input on what they thought it might be. A little bit frustrating to be honest consider
